October Favourites

IMG_0634

Only one more favourites to go before the bumper December version where I will be rounding up my favourites for 2014. This month has been a no spending month for me, but thanks to the #EpicGiftSwap (yes, I gave it its own hashtag) I did with my friend Nicole I had a lot of new toys to play with in October. I haven’t done a blog swap haul video or post, but if you would like to see what I got then let me know.

Loved the video! I have used a sample of deep comfort before and strangely enough I liked the smell, it does make hands quite greasy so I also used it before bed. I’m not sure about paying that price for a hand cream though. I want to try the lipidol cleansing oil and after shower oil out,I see that the packaging for the balm balm serum has changed. Are you considering/have you ever reused an expensive mascara wand with a cheaper mascara formula. I’ve seen this tip on countless beauty forums but I’m too lazy to try it out myself. Have a good weekend 🙂

Nope I haven’t tried that and don’t think I would because I think it is the formula I like as much as the wand. I guess if you find just the right formula and just the right wand and they fit together it would be worth trying! Balm Balm has the same packaging, mine is just a sample bottle that’s why it looks different. I agree, there are cheaper and equally good hand creams out there! I also love the Body Shop ones 🙂
